Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services offered by Global Lite Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Description
Global Lite Digital provides digital services including but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Professional email setup and configuration
- Digital business card creation
- Custom business application development
- Digital consulting services
2. Project Agreements
All projects require a signed agreement or written confirmation before work begins. Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in a project proposal or statement of work.
3. Payment Terms
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to begin work on all projects.
- Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and Zelle.
- Late Payments: Projects may be paused if payment is not received within 7 days of the due date.
4. Project Timeline
Timelines are estimates based on project scope. Delays caused by client (late feedback, content delays, scope changes) may extend the timeline. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
5. Revisions and Changes
- Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions as specified in the project agreement.
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra charges.
- Scope changes requested after project approval may require a change order and additional fees.
6. Content and Materials
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for copyright infringement of client-provided materials.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables.
- We retain the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Source files and working files remain the property of Global Lite Digital unless specifically included in the project agreement.
8. Hosting and Maintenance
- Website hosting is not included in design packages unless specified.
- We recommend third-party hosting providers and can assist with setup.
- Monthly maintenance packages are available separately.
- We are not responsible for hosting downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting providers.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
- Clients may cancel projects before work begins for a full refund of the deposit.
- If work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to future services.
- No refunds are provided after final delivery and acceptance of the project.
10. Limitation of Liability
Global Lite Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
11. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Global Lite Digital. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency may vary.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
